A billionaire heir to among Coca-Cola’s major distributors has sold his Beverly Hills Italianate home for almost $25 million.

Entrepreneur Alkiviades “Alki” David, 48, whose family runs Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, who previously offered $1 million to any individual who would streak face-to-face with President Barack Obama—bought the property on celebrity-strewn Summit Drive in 2010 for $16.5 million, based on real estate documents.
